The delay can be from a few days to a few months. 1- You apply to our engineering job position on the Stallios platform, or from a job portal online.
2- We review your resume manually, to see if you could be a good candidate for our company.
3- If you're a good candidate, we'll contact you with 10 interview questions, and hire you based on your resume.
4- As soon as you get hired at Stallios, an email is sent to an engineering manager with your name as an engineer or coder on stand-by.
5- Once you get hired, an engineering manager will invite you to our engineering department, answer all your questions about Stallios, and make you sign formal documents about our conditions and our NDA. The manager will also explain to you our onboarding process, company structure, current projects in development, our projects roadmap, current technology use, how we measure success, including the learning and career growth opportunities at Stallios.

You'll be able to work either locally on your own workstation, or online in your remote workspace. Once done, you simply run your codes, debug, and deliver the jobs. Whenever you have spare time, you can explore new ideas and innovate on other open projects at Stallios.
We offer from $120,000.00 to $200,000.00 to our software engineers, depending on their expertise and experience in the domain. If you're a university student or a simple coder without a degree, you'll have a competitive salary as well. You'll be paid weekly, on each Friday morning. Your payments will be deposited directly into your bank account via direct deposit.

1- You're a junior or senior software engineer. Or a university student or simple coder without a degree in programming.
2- You've had an interview with Stallios with some questions, and you've been invited to accept our hiring conditions.
3- You're willing to use the Stallios platform regularly, and also willing to invite contacts and brands, to contribute to our expansion.
4- You're willing to help Stallios find diverse skilled software engineers and coders in order to help us meet our engineering goal.
5- You accept that Stallios is hiring you as an independent salaried contractor working remotely from home for the moment.
6- You accept to be on stand-by once hired at Stallios, until we contact you for an open position in our engineering department.
7- You accept to be in an NDA agreement with Stallios for all knowledge inside our company, which will stay active forever.
8- You agree with the above conditions with the confirmation that you agree with them in your 10-question interview answers.
