We're in the process of searching for multiple talented software engineers, developers, and coders, such as junior and senior engineers, including university students, and hobby coders who've got talent without a degree, to design and engineer new products for our company, and improve the robustness of our current products as well. The platform has been completed with success so far, with an impressive and fascinating social network, finally running in production mode, and receiving many new registrations from delighted users daily.

We're now in a global expansion phase, for both the Stallios social network platform, and Stallios Inc, the company. In order to succeed in our global expansion, we're in the process of hiring our first group of ten-thousand engineers. Our goal in five years, is to hire fifty-thousand engineers and coders in total, to work and innovate at Stallios worldwide.

Stallios is a social media platform designed to offer next-generation software to the world. As an engineer, you will mostly be exploring creativity and innovation, because that's our main goal and workforce here at Stallios. We'll have engineering departments for software polishing, including IT and database maintenance as well. However, we plan to focus mainly on creativity and innovation, covering next-generation software, such as AR, VR, holograms, advanced AI, machine-learning, and more. We also plan to launch new innovative products, such as super AI, computer OS, computer devices, and smartphones. Therefore, if you're a creative engineer or coder, you're in the right place to impact the world with your creativity.

The big-tech companies have learnt from the pandemic how productive they can be by allowing engineers to work remotely from home. Even if the risks are very high for employers, everyone benefits from it. We plan to use the same remote work strategy here at Stallios, and structure all our engineering teams and departments in seamless virtual working environments. A daily working day will go as such. You log in into your remote working portal, where everyone is working, and you start working on your own tasks as well. You can ask anyone questions, and collaborate to create software with anyone, via remote IDEs on the portal. Once done, you can run the codes, debug, and deliver the jobs. Whenever you have spare time, you will explore new ideas, and innovate on other open projects at Stallios.

We offer from $120,000.00 to $200,000.00 to our software engineers, depending on their expertise and experience in the domain. If you're a university student or hobby coder who's got talent without a degree, you'll have a competitive pay as well. You'll be paid weekly, on each Friday morning. Your payments are sent to you into your payroll account at Stallios. Once paid, you can withdraw your funds whenever you want via PayPal or bank transfer, into your bank account. It's also possible to have your payments deposited directly into your bank account on request.

The Stallios liability insurance is a mandatory and comprehensive policy package designed to protect all our hired engineers providing engineering services to Stallios. It protects our engineers against errors, omissions, third-party accidents, data breaches, negligence, and third-party property damages. Once covered by the liability insurance, Stallios takes in charge of all the risks associated with the engineering services provided by our engineers, who can then work at Stallios remotely from home, with full peace of mind.

- You must be a junior or senior software engineer, with front-end or back-end expertise, with full confidence that you can do the job.

- You can also be a university student, or hobby coder who's got talent without a degree, with full confidence that you can do the job.

- You must have a resume in hand showing your skills and experience, and also apply to our job offer from a job portal, or on Stallios.

- You must have joined and explored the Stallios platform to have an idea of what we do, and be willing to contribute to our expansion.

- You must be ready to work remotely as a hired contractor when starting to work at Stallios, while we set up your employee profile.

- You must be covered by the mandatory liability insurance at Stallios, available in the user verification section on the platform.

- You must accept to be on stand-by for 1 to 12 months once hired, while we set up your department, team, workspace, and tasks.

If you have been invited to meet the hiring conditions above after applying on a job portal, you'll be considered hired at Stallios once you meet them. Once done, please wait until you're contacted by a Stallios engineering manager to guide you further in the company. This engineering manager will tell you in what department you'll be working, who your engineering team is, the products you'll be working on, and the exact date you'll start. The manager will also assign you your login credentials to the remote engineering portal.
