We offer both contractor and salaried creator and writer opportunities. You can be hired as a salaried creator or writer to be part of our creativity team, or you can work as a contractor creator or writer to create content on demand for Stallios. As a creator or writer, you can also earn an income from your social media community, and all users on the platform, by offering them paid access and membership to your creative content, such as newsletters, tutorials, special shows, goods, and services. Many creators and writers are making millions online simply by monetizing their creativity via their community, and Stallios gives you all the tools to succeed. Salaried creator and writer
- Stallios offers you $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year to be part of our creativity team, in order to entertain our users on the platform.
- Once hired as a salaried creator or writer, you'll be paid weekly by the company, and work 40 hours per week remotely from home.
- As a salaried creator or writer, your role will be to entertain our users by creating content at Stallios, in order to create engagement.
Contractor creator and writer
- Stallios offers you the freedom to work as a contractor creator or writer at your own pace, to create or write content on demand.
- Once you have completed the work, we will send you your payment instantly, and your funds will appear in your Payroll balance.
- You can also work directly with external brands to create for them, and receive your payments before or after the job is done.
- The contracts may vary from $100.00 to $1000.00 for small contracts, and from $1000.00 to $10,000.00+ for bigger contracts.
The payment structure
As a salaried creator or writer, you'll be paid weekly, on each Friday morning, via your Payroll at Stallios. As a contractor creator or writer, you'll be paid by contract, also via your Payroll at Stallios, when you promote brands for Stallios, and also when you collaborate directly with external brands on the platform. Your payments are sent to you via the gift picture on your profile at Stallios. Payments to you can be made through one-time payments, or by monthly subscriptions. Once paid, you can withdraw your funds whenever you want via PayPal, or bank transfer.
The steps to get started
Step one
The first step is to have a professional and appealing presence at Stallios to showcase your creativity. Your skills test is your creativity on the platform. Stallios wants to see your creativity before considering hiring you to create full-time as a salaried employee, or as a contractor. We also prefer working with people who are using and enjoy the platform. When creating your presence, nothing needs to be exclusive, and you can re-post your existing content. As soon as you start, Stallios will deposit $50.00 to your payroll account to compensate for your creative presence on the platform.
Step two
Also, as soon as you have a presence, we encourage you to invite your contacts, friends, and community, to socialize, chat, and create to monetize your creativity, and to familiarize yourself with the platform, and show everyone that you're an active user as well. Once you're all set, you can start working right away as a contractor content creator or writer. After four weeks of probation as a contractor, if you want to become a salaried content creator or writer, you can apply via a message with your username to our contact us form at the bottom-right whenever you're ready. If you're really creative and professional, our creativity team may consider hiring you as a full-time salaried employee working remotely. Once hired, your role will be to produce high-quality content with the goal of entertaining our users on the platform. Role overview
As our software engineer or coder, you will gain continuous learning opportunities while developing software. For instance, you can take the lead by assisting Stallios in adapting to new technologies, challenging yourself to be innovative when designing systems, and learning to make risk assessments when developing software. There are also opportunities for interpersonal growth as you will be working with a team to create high-quality products for our customers. As such, a good fit for this role is a software engineer who is not only technically competent, but also someone with soft skills. Thus, if you are a skilled communicator, a fOnce you get hired, an engineering manager will invite you to our engineering department, where you can get answers to all your questions about Stallios. Regarding our onboarding process, company structure, current projects in development, our projects roadmap, current technology use, how we measure success, including the learning and career growth opportunities at Stallios.orward-looking individual, and a methodical problem-solver, you are the software engineer we are looking for.
Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including designing, and evaluating new software
- You will plan software development process, such as identifying the project size, cost, duration, and effort required
- You will be in-charge of maintaining software by debugging any errors and modifying the software to improve its performance
- You will collaborate with different departments and subject-matter experts to develop the desired software
- You will work with your team members to review their code and consult them on the best software development practices
- You will keep abreast of the latest trends and new technologies, and implement what is necessary for the organization
- You will be required to continually upgrade your technical skills, such as picking up new coding styles or attending courses
- You will conduct feasibility studies, such as technical, operational, or economic feasibility, to measure the benefits of a software
- You will engage in software testing to identify defects early in the development process and ensure quality assurance
- You will build software architecture via coding that involves algorithms, server-side languages, and programming frameworks
Payment structure
We offer from $120,000.00 to $200,000.00 to our software engineers, depending on their expertise and experience in the domain. If you're a university student or a simple coder without a degree, you'll have a competitive salary as well. You'll be paid weekly, on each Friday morning. Your payments will be deposited directly into your bank account via direct deposit. Job Type: Contract, Hours: full-time 8-hour shift remotely.

- Proven work experience related to software engineering or computing.
- Possess technical knowledge of programming languages, frameworks, and databases.
- Capable of problem-solving to debug and troubleshoot software issues.
- Proficient at writing efficient code using algorithms and data structures.
- Able to systematically plan and visualize an overview of the software development processes.
- Sensitive to user needs to produce software that meets user expectations.
- Flexibility in adapting to new technologies and changing market trends.
