At Stallios, you can be hired as a salaried creator or writer to be part of our creativity team, or you can work as a contractor creator or writer to promote brands for Stallios, or to promote them directly by yourself, if you collaborate directly with brands on the platform.
Salaried creator and writer
1- Stallios offers you $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year to be part of our creativity team, in order to entertain our users on the platform.
2- Once hired as a salaried creator or writer, you'll be paid weekly by the company, and work 40 hours per week remotely from home.
3- As a salaried creator or writer, your role will be to entertain our users by creating content at Stallios, in order to create engagement.
Contractor creator and writer
1- Stallios offers you the freedom to work as a contractor creator or writer at your own pace, and be easily paid by contracts.
2- When we sell a marketing package to a brand, we may offer you to promote this brand for us via a post to showcase this brand.
3- Once you have completed the post, we will send you your payment instantly, and your funds will appear in your Payroll balance.
4- You can also work directly with external brands to promote them, and receive your payments before or after the job is done.
5- The contracts may vary from $100.00 to $1000.00 for small contracts, and from $1000.00 to $10,000.00+ for bigger contracts.
The payment structure
As a salaried creator or writer, you'll be paid weekly, on each Friday morning, via your Payroll at Stallios. As a contractor creator or writer, you'll be paid by contract, also via your Payroll at Stallios, when you promote brands for Stallios, and also when you collaborate directly with external brands on the platform. Your payments are sent to you via the gift picture on your profile at Stallios. Payments to you can be made through one-time payments, or by monthly subscriptions. Once paid, you can withdraw your funds whenever you want via PayPal, or Western-Union.
The steps to get started
Step one
The first step is to have a professional and appealing presence at Stallios to showcase your creativity. Always keep in mind that your presence at Stallios is your free portfolio for success. Simply create a profile and upload your picture or logo, including some creative content, such as blogs, e-books, photos, videos, music, games, etc. By doing so, you automatically become ready to generate an income at Stallios. As soon as you start, Stallios will deposit $50.00 USD on your Payroll balance to encourage you to create, invite people, and earn more. You can apply this $50.00 to your first $50.00 that you earn on the platform, and withdraw a total of $100.00. Also, Stallios offers the blue verified badge feature for free to all our contractor and salaried creators and writers on the platform. If you want it for free, simply send us a message with your username when you're ready to start creating and invite people, instead of getting it via PayPal.
Step two
As soon as you have a presence at Stallios, with some posts to show your creativity, you can apply to become a salaried creator or writer, and be part of our creativity team. You can apply via our contact us form at the bottom-right whenever you're ready. If you're creative, our creativity team will be glad to hire you as a full-time salaried creator or writer working remotely. Once hired, your role will be to produce high-quality content with the goal of entertaining our users on the platform. The content can be interesting news, articles, blogs, e-books, photos, videos, music, games, etc. Also, before you get hired as a salaried creator or writer, all users including your invited community on the platform can send you money, buy your goods, and membership subscriptions on your content, to encourage you for your creativity.

Role Overview
As our software engineer, you will gain continuous learning opportunities while developing software. For instance, you can take the lead by assisting Stallios in adapting to new technologies, challenging yourself to be innovative when designing systems, and learning to conduct risk assessments when developing software. There are also opportunities for interpersonal growth as you will be working with a team to create high-quality products for our customers. As such, a good fit for this role is a software engineer who is not only technically competent, but also someone with skills. Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), which includes designing, testing, and evaluating new software
You will plan the software development process, such as identifying the project size, cost, duration, and effort required
You will be in-charge of maintaining software by debugging any errors and modifying the software to improve its performance
You will collaborate with different departments and subject-matter experts to develop the desired software
You will work with your team members to review their code and consult them on the best software development practices
You will keep abreast of the latest trends and new technologies, and implement what is necessary for the organization
You should ensure that proper SOPs are written to facilitate the ease of operating the software
You should identify and analyze user requirements to meet their expectations when developing a software product
You will be required to continually upgrade your technical skills such as picking up new coding styles or attending courses
You will conduct feasibility studies, such as technical, operational, or economic feasibility, to measure the organizational benefits of a software
You will illustrate and document software development processes via charts and diagrams (e.g. UML diagrams)
You will engage in software testing to identify defects early in the development process and ensure quality assurance
You will analyze user feedback and apply innovative solutions to the software’s user-facing features
You will build software architecture via coding that involves algorithms, server-side languages, and programming frameworks

Requirements:
You're a university students, newly graduated, or have a bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or any relevant field.
Proven work experience related to software engineering or computing
Possess technical knowledge of programming languages, frameworks, and database engines [to be specified by the employer, e.g. Java, C++, Python]
Capable of problem-solving to debug and troubleshoot software issues
Proficient at writing efficient code using algorithms and data structures
Able to systematically plan and visualize an overview of the software development processes
Sensitive to user needs to produce software that meets user expectations
Flexibility in adapting to new technologies and changing market trends
Capable of being a good team player and receiving feedback from coworkers
