This engineering manager will get to know you better, tell you in what department you'll be working, who your engineering team is, the products you'll be working on, and the exact date you'll start working. The manager will also assign you your login credentials to the engineering work portal.
During the past decade at Stallios, the team have been designing and engineering the Stallios social media platform, in order to produce a unique creativity hub offering next-generation software to the world, while trying to solve many known problems that we face with modern social media. The social network has been completed with success so far, with an impressive and fascinating platform finally running in production mode, and receiving many new registrations from delighted users daily.
We're now in a global expansion phase, for both the Stallios social network platform, and Stallios Inc, the company. In order to succeed in our global expansion, we're in the process of hiring our first group of ten-thousand engineers. We'll have engineering departments for software, IT, and database maintenance as well. However, we plan to focus mainly on creativity and innovation, covering next-generation software, such as AR, VR, holograms, advanced AI, machine-learning, and more. We also plan to launch new innovative products, such as super AI, computer OS, computer devices, and smartphones. Therefore, if you're a creative engineer or coder, you're in the right place to impact the world with your creativity.
The big-tech companies have learnt from the pandemic how productive they can be by allowing engineers to work remotely from home. Even if the risks are very high for employers, everyone benefits from it. We plan to use the same remote work strategy here at Stallios, and structure all our engineering teams and departments in seamless virtual working environments. A daily working day will go as such. You log in into your remote working portal, where everyone is working, and you start working on your own tasks as well. You can ask anyone questions, and collaborate to create software with anyone via a coding IDE on the portal. Once done, you simply run your codes, debug, and deliver the jobs. Whenever you have spare time, you will explore new ideas and innovate on other open projects at Stallios.
We offer from $120,000.00 to $200,000.00 to our software engineers, depending on their expertise and experience in the domain. If you're a university student or a simple coder who's got talent without a degree, you'll have a competitive pay as well. You'll be paid weekly, on each Friday morning. Your payments are deposited directly into your bank account via direct deposit.

Stallios Liability Deposit
Once hired at Stallios as an engineer, you'll be fully covered by our liability insurance against errors, omissions, third-party accidents, data breaches, negligence, and third-party property damages directly linked to your engineering work at our company. However, receiving engineering services from hired engineers on-premise, or remotely from home, is extremely risky for any responsible corporation. We don't need to go into the details for you to understand the risks, and we have zero control on who will work responsibly, and who will not.
As you already know, when something bad happens, there is always a deductible of $1000.00 to $10,000.00 to pay before the insurance coverage kicks in. Therefore, to motivate all our hired engineers to always work responsibly at Stallios, we have introduced what we call a liability deposit. We ask all our hired engineers to deposit $1000.00 to their employee profile as a liability deposit. This liability deposit is then refunded to you over 52 weeks with a 4% interest rate, or $20.00 per week, if you've not been involved in any negligence or damages directly linked to your engineering services at our company.
